first published in 1924. Set in 1920s New York, it is the story of a
veteran returning from war who is nursed back to health by a
compassionate girl from Arizona. A powerful tale of Western romance,
"The Call of the Canyon" would make for a worthy addition to any
collection and is not to be missed by fans of Grey's fantastic work.

Gunsight Pass by William Macleod Raine
Dave Sanders was the type of man Joyce Crawford would wait for--kind, strong, smart. But his goodness had brought him enemies. Now he was a man caged by his past, crushed to learn that he stood accused of murder. Time in prison scarred him, and even the proof that he had been unjustly accused did not free him. He was marked for life--or so he thought. His friends thought differently. They knew he was a good man, and they worked to clear his reputation and give him a new start. It was Joyce who freed his spirit and made the sun shine again. But their lives were still in jeopardy as long as his enemies tried to destroy them. Through fire and gunshot the question of the West is answered: What kind of man--good or evil--will prevail?

The Floating Outfit Book 2:
Post-Civil War Texas is a hell of a rough place. And for a man wearing a kilt, it is even rougher. Colin Farquharson insists on retaining his native Scottish dress but to do so unarmed on the Texas frontier could get him killed. At least it provides a distraction for the bandits attempting to rob the stage he's on and a distraction is all his fellow passenger, the Ysabel Kid, needs.

His
father was Sam Ysabel, a wild Irish Kentuckian who’d come to Texas in
the early days and rode as scout to Jim Bowie. His mother was the
daughter of Chief Longwalker and his French Creole squaw. That dangerous
mixture of bloods produced a son who inherited the sighting eye of an
eagle from the sure-shooting, rifle-toting Kentuckian stock. From the
French Creole side he got a love of cold steel and the inborn knack of
handling a knife. And from his Comanche grandfather he got his horse
savvy and ability to read sign where a buck Apache might falter.
His full name was Loncey Dalton Ysabel. Most men knew him as … the Ysabel Kid.
